Do I need to tow my car?
No. We come to where you are and make the key next to your car.
Do you come at night or on holidays?
Yes. We work 24/7; you can call us at night, at weekends and on public holidays.
How long does it take?
It depends on the car and the type of key, and how soon we reach you depends on where you are. Tell us the make, model and year of your car and we’ll give you a clear answer on the phone.
What documents do I need?
Your car registration and your ID; both are required. The key is handed over to the owner of the car.
Are the keys original?
We make original or aftermarket keys, as you prefer. They differ in price; we’ll help you choose on the phone. Both come with a warranty.
What does the price depend on?
The price depends on the make, model and year of your car, and on whether the key is original or not. You can send these details on WhatsApp to ask for a price, or call us.
How can I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer.
Can I get the key through my car insurance?
Yes, if your comprehensive insurance (kasko) includes key cover; it is covered up to the amount in your policy. We issue an invoice for key work covered by kasko. Who applies to the insurer depends on the insurance company’s procedure: sometimes the customer applies and forwards the invoice, sometimes we provide the documents needed. First, check whether your policy includes cover for lost or replacement keys.
Do you send keys outside Istanbul?
For smart keys with a display, we can help by cargo. For other key types it depends on the car model, so we confirm it on the phone; call us with your car’s make and model.
